⚽️ Winter Goalkeeper Camp – Key Information
Our 2-Day Winter Camp is a great chance for goalkeepers to stay active over the holidays, learn new skills, and have fun with others their age. Each day is packed with goalkeeper-specific training, small group work, and plenty of games and challenges to keep everyone involved.
We’ll cover all the important parts of Goalkeeping, including:
- Shot-stopping and diving
- Footwork, movement and handling
- 1v1s and reactions
- Distribution and game-based practices
📅 Camp Details
- Dates: Monday 22, Tuesday 23rd
- Time: 10am – 1pm each day
- Location: Pitreavie Playing fields
- Ages: 7–15
Groups:
- Keepers will be placed into groups based on age and ability so they can get the most from the sessions.
👕 What to Bring
- Goalkeeper gloves
- Football boots/trainers
- Warm, waterproof clothing (we’re outdoors)
- Packed lunch, snacks, and water
- Please arrive ready to train as changing spaces may be limited.
ℹ️ Other Notes for Parents
- Coaches are PVG checked and first-aid trained.
- Parents can stay and watch if they’d like.
- If weather becomes unsafe, we’ll update you by text/email.
